Customer Segmentation Manager and Season of Thanks Campaign Lead
While at U.S. Cellular, much of the focus was on acquisition, and very little was about rewarding and engaging the millions of our current customers.
I wanted to change that.
I led the strategy and execution of a new holiday campaign, Season of Thanks, a $3 million initiative spanning 30 internal teams. The campaign delivered personalized offers to millions of customers, ranging from phone upgrades to exclusive accessory discounts and plan incentives.
With the holiday season quickly approaching, I was under a tight deadline to deliver.
The Result: It was our most successful campaign of the year, far surpassing both revenue and customer engagement targets.
The annual campaign continues to this day.
