Director of Marketing and Customer Engagement
At g3 Restaurants, a sports restaurant company partnered with NFL teams and Hall of Fame athletes, I reimagined the way fans experienced sports—turning game days into immersive, stadium-like events. From syncing music with game audio to producing custom hype videos, interactive games during commercial breaks, and halftime contests, we created an atmosphere that often rivaled the real thing.
I pioneered this evolution by carving out a unique role focused on fan engagement and entertainment, continuously introducing new ideas that elevated the guest experience. We worked closely with our NFL team partners to bring in-stadium elements—like official graphics, touchdown sounds, and team rituals—into the restaurant. For game days, concerts, the Kentucky Derby, and much more, we became the go-to destination for fans who couldn’t be there in person.
We won nation's best sports bar and our restaurants routinely won best sports bar in their respective cities.
The restaurants included the Indianapolis Colts Grille, Houston Texans Grille, Jerome Bettis' Grille 36 and Eddie George's Grille 27.
